Martin Kranitz has been a mediator and trainer for more than 35 years. He has mediated over 4,000 disputes and trained more than 6,000 people. He served as a Commissioner for Chief Judge Bell’s Maryland Commission on Dispute Resolution.
Kranitz is the author of “Getting Apart Together” and co-author of “Starting Your Own Mediation Practice.” He is a non-attorney graduate of Harvard Law School’s Mediation Program. He has served as a panel mediator for the Department of Justice, the World Bank, and Anne Arundel County Circuit Court.
He received the Chief Judge Robert Bell Award of Excellence and the first Sharon Pickett Award. He is a founding member and first president of the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution and serves as a board member of PMBS.
